Pickup and Shipping Policy

Please be sure to mark the pickup date on your calendar and to arrive on time to pick up your order.

There is a 30% restocking fee for fresh/perishable products and 15% restocking fee for dry goods/non perishable products. This applies to orders cancelled after the order deadline or not picked up.

Pickup Location Transport

The transport you see when you place an order for pick up covers the cost of the truck, fuel and driver from our facility in Lobelville, TN to your pickup location. We keep the transport fee as low as possible.

Transport for co-op pick up is based on weight with the following rates for most pickup locations:

Pickup 1-10 LB $3.50

Pickup 11-20 LB $4.95

Pickup 21-30 LB $6.00

Pickup 31-40 LB $6.85

Pickup 41-60 LB $8.95

Pickup 60-80 LB $11.00

Pickup 81-100 LB $13.25

Pickup 101-150 LB $17.50

Pickup 151-200 LB $22.99

Pickup 201-270 LB $28.99

Pickup 271-400 LB $43.99

Pickup 401 and Up $49.99

Special Location Rates:

Pleasantville / Lobelville (BNF) has a flat rate of $2.50 because it is our at our facility.

Nationwide Shipping

Our Nationwide Shipping is delivered by USPS and UPS. The rate that you see when you place a shipping order is an estimated rate, plus a handling percentage. The rates will vary depending on your order weight, size and your delivery address. We may change services if one ends up being more cost effective for us than the one you have chosen and it has a similar transit time to the service you selected at checkout.
